• Your Tasks
• Process optimization: Documentation of existing processes and identification of optimization potentials.
• Financial control: Support in ordering services for service providers, budget controlling and preparation of decision templates.
• AI & Digital: Testing innovative AI tools to increase efficiency and operational support for new workflows.
• Coordination: Support in preparation and follow-up of meetings, maintenance of projects in PM tool as well as monitoring of milestones.

• Your Profile
• Education: Studies in business administration, marketing and media management, business informatics (e.g. Digital Business & Applied AI) or a comparable course of study.
• Working style: Structured, independent way of working and a good sense of priorities.
• Interests: Enthusiasm for project management methods, digital processes and innovative AI applications.
• Personality: Strong communication skills, team spirit and reliability in handling confidential information.
