Our Shared Service Centers (SSCs) are the heart of our auditing and financial accounting for various national subsidiaries within the Schwarz Group companies. We are looking for an analytical consultant (m/f/d) who, with a strong affinity for numbers and a clear administrative focus, forms the backbone of our international processes and acts as an interface for controlling and HR structures. • Operational Excellence & Coordination: In this role, you are the anchor for our financial and administrative structures. You ensure that the SSCs not only operate smoothly but remain excellently controllable through clean data and processes.
• Holistic Control: You conduct detailed cost analyses, create precise plans and forecasts, enable maximum transparency within the organization, and thus build the bridge to international controlling.
• HR Structures & KPIs: You monitor and analyze HR-specific KPIs, maintain systematics (e.g., job levels), and ensure maximum transparency within the SSCs through standardized HR reporting.
• Stakeholder Management: You are the central interface to the administrative areas in the respective countries and coordinate complex processes with sensitivity.
• Networking: You promote intercultural exchange and act as a trusted advisor on sensitive issues.

• Mindset & Initiative: You feel comfortable in a large, international environment and are ready to act proactively and contribute to the success of the Schwarz Group companies.
• Background: Successfully completed degree in Business Administration (ideally with a focus on Finance, Controlling, or Accounting).
• Experience: At least 3 years of professional experience in auditing, management consulting, or in a finance or controlling function of an international company.
• Skills: You have a strong analytical mindset without losing sight of hands-on implementation.
• Communication: You are confident in negotiating in German and English. Your intercultural competence and discretion make you a valued partner at all hierarchical levels.
• Mobility: You enjoy international collaboration and are willing to travel approximately 15%.
