During your apprenticeship you will learn what matters in retail and how we ensure a successful shopping experience in our Lidl stores with quality, freshness, and cleanliness - this is possible either within a 2-year apprenticeship as a Salesperson (m/f/d) or a 3-year apprenticeship as a Retail Merchant (m/f/d); Whether stocking and presenting goods, baking, or operating the checkout: you pitch in with full commitment; You check incoming goods, assist with inventory tasks, and assist our customers with advice and action; If you opt for the third apprenticeship year as a Retail Merchant (m/f/d), you will learn how to create staff deployment plans and lead your first shift; To further develop your skills, you participate in training sessions and exciting apprentice projects
