Retail Salesperson / Retail Management Assistant Apprenticeship 2027

Apprenticeship in a Lidl store, with a choice between the two-year Retail Salesperson apprenticeship and the three-year Retail Management Assistant apprenticeship. You will learn how to create a successful shopping experience through quality, freshness and cleanliness.

You will learn retail operations and help ensure quality, freshness and cleanliness. You will stock and present goods, bake and operate the checkout, check incoming deliveries, support inventory work and advise customers. In the third year, you will create staff schedules and lead your first shift. You will also take part in training sessions and trainee projects.
