During your apprenticeship you will learn what matters in retail and how we ensure a successful shopping experience in our Lidl stores with quality, freshness and cleanliness - either as a 2-year sales assistant apprenticeship or a 3-year retail salesperson apprenticeship; Whether stocking and presenting goods, baking or operating the checkout: you get stuck in with full commitment; You check incoming goods, assist with inventory tasks and assist customers with advice and support; If you opt for the third year as a retail salesperson, you will learn how to create staff deployment plans and lead your first shift; To further develop your skills you will attend training sessions and exciting apprentice projects
