During your apprenticeship you will learn what matters in retail and how we ensure a successful shopping experience in our Lidl stores with quality, freshness, and cleanliness - this is possible either as a 2-year apprenticeship as a Sales Assistant (m/f/d) or a 3-year apprenticeship as a Retail Salesperson (m/f/d) Whether stocking and presenting goods, baking, or operating the checkout: you pitch in and are fully committed You check incoming goods, assist with inventory tasks, and assist our customers with advice and support If you opt for the third year as a Retail Salesperson (m/f/d), you will learn how to create staff schedules and lead your first shift To further develop your skills, you will participate in training sessions and exciting apprentice projects
