During your apprenticeship you'll learn what matters in retail and how we ensure a successful shopping experience in our Lidl stores with quality, freshness, and cleanliness – either through a 2-year apprenticeship as a sales assistant (f/m/d) or a 3-year apprenticeship as a retail management assistant (f/m/d). Whether stocking and presenting goods, baking, or operating the checkout: you'll pitch in with full commitment. You'll check incoming goods, assist with inventory, and assist customers with advice and support. If you opt for the third year as a retail management assistant (f/m/d), you'll learn to create staff schedules and lead your first shift. To further develop your skills, you'll attend training sessions and exciting apprentice projects.
