• In your apprenticeship you learn what matters in retail and how we ensure a successful shopping experience in our Lidl stores with quality, freshness and cleanliness - this is possible either within a 2-year apprenticeship as a Sales Assistant (f/m/d) or a 3-year apprenticeship as a Retail Merchant (f/m/d)• Whether stocking and presenting goods, baking or at the checkout: you pitch in and are fully committed• You check incoming goods, support inventory work and assist our customers with advice and action• If you opt for the third apprenticeship year as a Retail Merchant (f/m/d), you learn how to create staff deployment plans and lead your first shift• For further skill development you participate in trainings and exciting apprentice projects
