Retail Salesperson / Retail Management Apprentice 2027

Apprenticeship at Lidl in retail, focusing on quality, freshness, cleanliness and a successful shopping experience. The training lasts two years to become a salesperson or three years to become a retail management assistant.

During the apprenticeship, you will learn about retail and how Lidl creates a successful shopping experience through quality, freshness and cleanliness. You will stock and present products, bake and operate the checkout. You will check incoming goods, support inventory work and advise customers. In the third year of training as a retail management assistant, you will learn to create staff schedules and lead your own shift. You will take part in training sessions and apprentice projects.
