Apprenticeship Retail Salesperson / Sales Assistant 2027

• During your apprenticeship you learn what matters in retail and how we ensure a successful shopping experience in our Lidl stores with quality, freshness and cleanliness – either as a 2-year sales assistant apprenticeship or a 3-year retail salesperson apprenticeship
• Whether stocking and presenting goods, baking or operating the checkout: you get stuck in with full commitment
• You check incoming goods, assist with inventory tasks and advise customers
• If you opt for the third year as a retail salesperson, you learn to create staff schedules and lead your first shift
• To further develop your skills you attend training sessions and exciting trainee projects
