Retail Salesperson / Sales Clerk Apprenticeship 2027

Three-year apprenticeship in Lidl retail covering merchandise, baking, checkout, goods receipt, inventory, customer service and first shift management in the third year. Depending on the region, the apprenticeship starts on 1 August or 1 September.

Stocking and presenting merchandise, baking and working at the checkout; checking incoming goods; supporting inventory activities; advising customers; creating staff schedules and leading a personal shift in the third year; taking part in training sessions and apprentice projects.

Successful completion of school; interest in the dynamic retail sector; drive and an engaged approach to work; team spirit, friendliness and enjoyment of working with people; reliability and flexibility during store opening hours.
