Together with your team colleagues, you ensure a well-maintained store and a thoroughly successful shopping experience for our customers. Whether stocking and attractively presenting goods, baking, or operating our modern checkout systems: you pitch in with full commitment. In the Scan&Go zone, you ensure functionality, inspire customers for the system, and offer assistance to enable a positive shopping experience. You support the store manager in their tasks by leading shifts, coordinating task distribution, and ensuring the implementation of our store concepts. You also handle warehousing, cleaning, and inventory tasks.

Professional experience in retail or a comparable industry, ideally with first leadership experience, e.g., in shift management. Team player with a high sense of responsibility and enjoyment in inspiring and motivating others. Fast and efficient working style and adaptability to changing tasks. Reliability and willingness to work flexible shift models in consultation with the manager.
