Dual Study Program in Retail (Bachelor of Arts) 2027

Three-year dual study program in retail at Lidl, alternating theory at a University of Cooperative Education/Berufsakademie with practice in various stores, preparing you for a responsible position in sales. Study start: 1 October.

• Alternate between solid theory and applied practice and prepare for a responsible position in sales
• During theory phases, study at a University of Cooperative Education/Berufsakademie (Berlin, Gera, Heidenheim, Heilbronn, Lörrach, Mannheim or Ravensburg) and learn key retail topics such as retail marketing, finance or human resources management
• During practice phases in various stores, learn the business and all important processes, from stocking/presenting goods and ordering to ensuring quality, freshness and cleanliness
• Staff management, KPI analysis and implementation of the store concepts

• Abitur or Fachhochschulreife (theoretical and practical parts completed) with good grades in math, German and, if applicable, economics
• Committed way of working and enthusiasm for the dynamic world of retail
• Enthusiasm, determination and a strong sense of responsibility
• Strong communication skills and entrepreneurial thinking
