Dual Study Program in Supply Chain Management & Logistics (Bachelor of Arts)

Starting your career with Lidl means jumping straight into working life. You learn new things and bring in new ideas, get individual support and a fair salary. Study start: 1 October. In the 3-year dual study program you alternate between theory and applied practice, preparing for a responsible position in a logistics center. In the theory phases you study at a Duale Hochschule/Berufsakademie (Berlin, Gera, Heidenheim, Heilbronn, Lörrach or Mosbach), covering subjects such as logistics, retail management, finance or economics.

• During the practice phases in the logistics center you get to know the business from the ground up, become an expert in efficient logistics processes and quickly take on small projects of your own
• Staff leadership, key figure analysis and implementing our logistics concepts

• Abitur or Fachhochschulreife (theoretical and practical parts completed) with good grades in math, German and, if applicable, economics
• Committed way of working and enthusiasm for the dynamic world of retail with its exciting logistics challenges
• Enthusiasm, determination and a strong sense of responsibility
• Strong communication skills and entrepreneurial thinking
• Independence combined with strong team player qualities
