• As part of your mandatory internship you will gain comprehensive insight into the role of a sales manager at Lidl over 2 to 6 months
• You support your sales manager in managing their 4–6 stores and supervising up to 100 employees
• In the process you learn our business from the ground up – from implementing our store concepts through analysis and optimization of key figures to topics of personnel planning and management
• As an alternative to the mandatory internship we offer you the opportunity to gain initial insights into our sales division through a 4-week voluntary trial internship

• Enrolled student (university or university of applied sciences) preferably with a business administration focus (BWL)
• Committed, independent work style and desire for the dynamic world of retail
• Enthusiasm and enjoyment in taking on responsibility
• Analytical skills combined with communication strength and team player qualities
