Sales Assistant with Deputy Duties 20-30 hrs/week Part-Time

• Together with your team colleagues you ensure a well-maintained store and a thoroughly successful shopping experience for our customers
• Whether stocking and attractively presenting goods, baking or operating our modern checkout systems: you pitch in and are fully committed
• In the Scan&Go zone you ensure functionality, inspire customers for the system and provide assistance to enable a positive shopping experience
• You support the store manager in his tasks by leading shifts, coordinating task distribution and taking care of the implementation of our store concepts
• You also take on storage, cleaning and inventory tasks

• Professional experience in retail or a comparable industry with ideally first leadership experience e.g. in shift management
• Team player with high willingness to take responsibility and enjoyment in inspiring and motivating others
• Fast and efficient working style as well as adaptability to changing tasks
• Reliability and willingness to work in flexible shift models in consultation with the manager
