Whether stocking and attractively presenting goods, baking, or operating our modern checkout systems: you pitch in and are fully committed. In the Scan&Go zone, you ensure functionality, inspire customers for the system, and provide assistance to enable a positive shopping experience. You support the store manager in their tasks by leading shifts, coordinating task distribution, and ensuring the implementation of our store concepts. You also handle warehousing, cleaning, and inventory work.

• Professional experience in retail or a comparable industry with ideally first leadership experience, e.g., in shift management
• Team player with high willingness to take responsibility and enjoyment in inspiring and motivating others
• Fast and efficient working style as well as adaptability to changing tasks
• Reliability and willingness to work in flexible shift models in coordination with the manager
