About this Apprenticeship
Liftstar is looking for a field service technician to install, repair and maintain stair lifts and other products. Assignments take place at customer homes within a 120 km radius of the employee’s home.
What You'll Learn
- Installing, repairing and maintaining the products in the assigned region
- Visiting customers within a 120 km radius of the employee’s home using a company vehicle
- Finding technical solutions with a solution-oriented approach
- Providing professional, direct customer service on site
Requirements
- Enjoyment of working with people and clear, professional communication
- Reliable, independent and efficient working style
- Completed technical vocational training, for example as an electrician, electronics technician or mechatronics technician
- Ideally, experience in service technology and customer service
