Theory from vocational school and practice at Liftstar interlock every day. This lays the foundation for your professional future. Responsibility from day 1: With us, you don't make coffee. You take on your own tasks early, your ideas are in demand and you drive projects forward independently. In the team we work at eye level and are all on first-name terms. Individual development: We honestly tell you what is going well and what you can still work on, through regular feedback talks in the departments, cross-departmental development talks and our training concept. Where it goes for you, you decide together. Work with meaning: With us, it's not about just any product. At the end of every order stands a person who, thanks to their stairlift, can reach every room of their home again. What you learn here ensures that especially older people can stay living where they feel at home.
