TRAINING OVERVIEW - YOUR PATH WITH US: From Start to Finish - We got you! At the beginning of your apprenticeship, you'll experience an extensive onboarding where you'll meet your key contacts and the entire Future Talents team. Then you'll start directly in your department with initial tasks and gradually get a good feel for how Liftstar works. At the same time, vocational school begins, where you'll learn the most important fundamentals for your apprenticeship. Throughout your apprenticeship, you'll take on more responsibility step by step and work on exciting projects. You'll be actively involved in daily business, get to know different departments, and directly connect theory from vocational school with practice at Liftstar. Towards the end of your apprenticeship, you'll prepare intensively for your final exam – Liftstar will support you fully. With your successful completion, many exciting opportunities will be open to you to shape your future with us.

What your day looks like: Entry into the working world: From goods receipt through picking to shipping, you'll learn all processes of our modern logistics. You'll see how theory and practice interlock and become a forklift pro step by step. Responsibility from day 1: We get stuck in from the start. A stairlift consists of many individual parts, and you ensure each one is on its way to the customer on time. Because you not only learn how to handle goods but also the commercial processes behind them, many paths will be open to you later. Work with purpose: For many of our customers, the day begins with the question of how they can manage their own stairs. That's exactly where we come in. Every lift you help send out gives a person a piece of independence back. Individual development: We'll tell you honestly what's going well and what you can still work on. Whether load securing, hazardous materials, or the forklift license: you decide where you want to deepen your knowledge.
