Field Sales Trainee

Linde Deutschland is looking for a field sales trainee in Holzwickede to start as soon as possible. You will build technical, business and personal skills for a long-term sales career. The aim is to become an independent sales professional with your own customer base in intralogistics.

• Start with structured training in the products and services, learning how technical solutions and business needs fit together.
• Support experienced sales colleagues in finding new customers, looking after existing customers and calculating quotes. Take an active part from the start, including in projects that show how sales works in practice.
• Take on more responsibility as you gain experience and prepare for an independent field sales role.

• Completed commercial or technical vocational training, ideally with some initial experience in sales, a technical role or a role combining both.
• A real interest in how technical and business matters connect.
• Reliability, thoughtful working, willingness to learn and a desire to develop.
• Confident use of MS Office, ideally knowledge of SAP, and willingness to use new systems.
• Openness, initiative and motivation, plus a category B driving licence for future field sales work.
