What You'll Learn
- Conduct advisory and sales conversations
- Determine goods needs and order goods
- Store and check goods
- Build and design the product range
- Present goods and carry out sales promotions
- Introduction to staff management
- Carry out staff planning and create sales statistics, performance checks and accounts to monitor and steer the store's performance
Requirements
- Good Abitur or Fachabitur
- Enthusiasm for food retail, ideally first practical experience
- Interest in business contexts
- Customer focus and enjoyment of working with people
- Confident and self-assured manner
- Assertiveness, teamwork and organisational talent
- High commitment and the ability to keep an overview in stressful situations
