About this Apprenticeship

REWE Dortmund's programme in Münster prepares you for management duties in food retail and the Handelsfachwirt retail business qualification. You learn about sales, stock management, staff planning and staff leadership.

What You'll Learn

Advise customers and conduct sales conversations
Determine stock needs and arrange orders
Store and check goods
Develop and organise the product range
Display goods and carry out sales promotions
Learn how to lead staff
Plan staffing and prepare sales statistics, performance checks and accounts to monitor and manage store performance

Requirements

Good grades in the Abitur or Fachabitur school qualification
Enthusiasm for food retail, ideally with some initial practical experience

A confident and assured manner
Assertiveness, teamwork and organisational skills
Strong commitment and the ability to stay on top of things in stressful situations
