About this Apprenticeship

If you want to help shape a sustainable future, you've come to the right place. We are Lorenz. For 4 generations, we have been making snacks for people all over the world. As an independent family company, we are one of the leading suppliers in the European snack market. With 3,000 employees and 130 years of experience, we make the beautiful moments with friends and family even more beautiful with brands like Saltletts, Crunchips, NicNac's, ErdnußLocken and Naturals. We combine joie de vivre with responsibility. Because sustainability is an important part of our corporate strategy. Over a period of 18 months, you will successively take on responsibility for your own projects and exciting tasks in logistics/supply chain. You will intensively get to know the supply chain of a leading snack manufacturer by making important contributions as an active team member. You will also gain deep insights into the relevant interface areas. In the course of projects, you will be deployed in the areas of transport and warehouse logistics, customer service, and performance management, thus ideally preparing you for a career in logistics at Lorenz. In addition, you will gain insights into various departments through job shadowing. You will get to know primarily the German, but also the international area of logistics. Our trainees are particularly close to our hearts. That's why we support you throughout the entire trainee period with a mentor, a professional development program, coaching, and regular feedback talks to specifically expand your professional and social skills.
