Coordinator Technical Building Management & Mechanics Kreba-Neudorf

At Lorenz Snacks GmbH & Co KG, as Coordinator Technical Building Management & Mechanics (m/f/d), you take on a key role at our site in 02906 Kreba-Neudorf. You contribute to ensuring maximum plant availability and are responsible for the proper, safe operation of our mechanical production plants, building technology systems, and fire protection equipment.

Maintenance & Repair: Independent execution of maintenance, servicing, and repair work on our production plants and building technology systems (HVAC: heating, ventilation, air conditioning, water). Team Leadership & Workshop: Technical leadership and guidance of directly subordinate craftsmen, as well as responsibility for order, safety, and availability in the workshop area. Spare Parts Management: Independent procurement, stocking, and disposition of mechanical spare parts, as well as warehouse optimization to avoid downtime. External Contractor Coordination: Planning, coordination, and final acceptance of inspection, maintenance, and repair appointments by external service providers and experts. Building Technology & Fire Protection: Supervision and monitoring of building technology infrastructure and technical fire protection equipment (fire alarm systems, sprinkler and extinguishing systems). Interface & Projects: Central interface function to internal departments, specialist companies, and authorities, as well as active participation in investment, conversion, and expansion projects.

Education: Successfully completed technical vocational training (e.g., industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician, locksmith). Additional qualification: Further training as industrial master, technician, or equivalent qualification. Professional experience: Relevant practice in maintenance and repair of production plants, as well as good knowledge in building technology (HVAC), fire protection, and spare parts management. Leadership competence: Experience in technical guidance of craftsmen and coordination of external service providers. Work style: Independent, structured, and results-oriented work approach combined with high problem-solving competence and quality awareness. Soft skills: Teamwork, assertiveness, reliability in performing tasks, and quick comprehension.
