Internship in Communication and Change Management

Internship in communication and change management at the Lufthansa Technik location in Hamburg. You will support Lufthansa Group's idea management and gain insight into marketing campaigns, editorial work, and change processes.

• Taking part in planning and running workshops, conferences and events with different target groups
• Learning practical skills with a focus on carrying out marketing campaigns, editorial work in idea management and supporting change processes

• To do an internship at our company, you must be at least in your third semester of studies at the time of the internship.
• Enrolment for the full period of the internship (current proof of enrolment and, for a compulsory internship, written proof of the requirement must be attached to the application) or an internship between Bachelor's and Master's (gap year)
• Studies in communication and media studies, business psychology, business administration, or similar
• Good organisational talent - experience organising events
• Strong communication skills (written and spoken), ideally editorial experience
• Very good MS Office skills (especially MS PowerPoint); experience with graphics and editing programs (Adobe) is an advantage
• Very good German skills, spoken and written
