• Creation, control and monitoring of individual time-critical transport solutions for our customers by air, road or rail as well as development of alternative solutions in case of irregularities
• Preparation of offers taking into account time and economic factors
• Processing of international customer and partner inquiries
• Personal customer contact and support at premium level
• Creation and dispatch of transport documents and status updates
• Precise and efficient organization of customs clearance
• Price negotiations with airlines and other network partners on an ad-hoc basis
• Solution-oriented handling of critical conversations and complaints
• Participation in the optimization of work processes and procedures

• Completed apprenticeship as a forwarding agent, air traffic agent or a comparable commercial apprenticeship or already experience in a similar position
• Passion for logistics, especially air freight
• Independent, solution- and goal-oriented way of working, combined with commitment, reliability, flexibility and sense of responsibility
• Friendly demeanor, excellent communication skills, team spirit and high problem-solving competence
• Fluent German and English skills as well as confident handling of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Desirable are an aviation security training according to 11.2.3.9 and a DGR training of modules C and F
