• Analyze and document the existing end-to-end CT sample process
• Identify manual, repetitive and error-prone process steps
• Develop and assess suitable automation and digitalization concepts
• Support the implementation of automated workflows, especially for booking, checking and documentation processes
• Use and evaluate suitable technologies such as Power Automate, Power Platform, Copilot and AI-based applications
• Test, validate and optimize the solutions developed
• Document and standardize optimized processes
• Identify and assess further automation potential within Life Sciences Operations
• Independently handle defined digitalization and automation projects

• Ongoing university studies, ideally (business) informatics, data science, industrial engineering or similar
• Strong interest in process automation, digitalization and A.I.
• First knowledge of Power Automate, Power Platform, Copilot or comparable automation technologies
• Basic understanding of workflows, data structures and interfaces is an advantage
• Analytical and process-oriented thinking
• Technical understanding and quick grasp
• Ability to analyze operational processes in a structured way and derive improvement potential
• Very good German and English skills
• Independent, structured and reliable way of working
• Solution orientation and enjoyment of putting your own ideas into practice
