About this Apprenticeship
This three-year LVM apprenticeship starts on 1 August 2027 and takes place at an insurance agency. You will work with customers and be part of the agency team from day one.
What You'll Learn
- Advise and support customers according to their needs and circumstances
- Assess each customer's individual needs
- Prepare offers and conclude contracts
- Make changes to contracts and take steps to maintain customer accounts and retain contracts
- Review claims and benefit cases and explain the extent of coverage
- Work as part of a team and contribute to processes and projects
Requirements
- A good school-leaving qualification, Abitur or intermediate school certificate (applicants who have already completed vocational training are also welcome)
- You communicate well and enjoy working with people
- You are friendly, committed and reliable
- You are interested in numbers and finance
