The apprenticeship at LVM starts on 1 August 2027, lasts 3 years and takes place in one of our insurance agencies. From day one you are in contact with customers. You are integrated into the agency team and are an important part of the whole from the start.

• You advise and look after customers according to their needs and situation
• You analyse the customer's individual needs
• You submit offers and conclude contracts
• You make contract changes and carry out measures for portfolio maintenance and contract retention
• You review claims and benefit cases and inform about the scope of benefits
• You work in a team-, process- and project-oriented way

• You have an intermediate school certificate, a university of applied sciences entrance qualification or Abitur, or you are studying and want to leave your degree
• You are communicative and enjoy dealing with people
• You are friendly, committed and reliable
• You have a business interest
