About this Apprenticeship
Three-year apprenticeship with LVM at an insurance agency in Strausberg, starting on 1 August 2027. Work as part of the agency team and interact with customers from your first day.
What You'll Learn
- Advise and support customers according to their needs and circumstances
- Analyze each customer's individual needs
- Prepare offers and conclude contracts
- Make changes to contracts and take steps to maintain customer relationships and keep contracts in place
- Review claims and benefit cases, and explain what is covered
- Work as part of a team on processes and projects
Requirements
- A good school qualification, either an upper secondary school leaving certificate or an intermediate secondary school certificate; applicants who have already completed vocational training are also welcome
- Good communication skills and enjoyment of working with people
- A friendly, committed, and reliable approach
- An interest in numbers and finance
