About this Apprenticeship
Your apprenticeship at LVM starting 01.08.2027. The apprenticeship lasts 3 years and takes place in one of our insurance agencies. You have contact with customers from day one. You are integrated into the agency team and are an important part of the whole from the start.
What You'll Learn
- You advise and support customers according to their needs and situation
- You analyze the customer's individual needs
- You make offers and conclude contracts
- You make contract changes and carry out measures for portfolio maintenance and contract retention
- You review claims and benefit cases and inform about the scope of benefits
- You work in a team-, process- and project-oriented way
Requirements
- A good school qualification, Abitur or intermediate school certificate (completed vocational training is also welcome)
- You are communicative and enjoy dealing with people
- You are friendly, committed and reliable
- You are interested in numbers and finance
