Act as a contact, trusted adviser and guide for customers, providing needs-based and holistic advice; sell LVM products; independently schedule and attend sales appointments; represent LVM locally as an advisory and service provider; support the agency with local claims handling.

Training as an insurance clerk or insurance specialist with a desire for professional development; alternatively, willingness to qualify as an insurance specialist; commitment to trust, fair needs-based advice and strong customer orientation; experience using modern communication tools.
