About this Apprenticeship
ATU offers a three-year retail apprenticeship covering products, services, customer advice and sales operations. The program can be shortened by 12 months for applicants aged 21 or older.
What You'll Learn
- Learn about products, services and offerings
- Advise customers, process payments and schedule appointments for an excellent customer experience
- Maintain sales and storage areas
- Support goods receipt, incoming-goods inspection and storage
Requirements
- Good German skills, at least level B2
- Fresh ideas and a good eye for order and detail
- Patience and genuine enjoyment of explaining things to others and helping with purchasing decisions
- Curiosity about trying new products and a strong interest in the product range
- Interest in an active job and confidence using digital media
