About this Apprenticeship
As a nursing specialist (m/f/d) in the ambulatory care service of the LVR Association for LivingPlusLife, you support people with and without disabilities and care needs in leading a self-determined life in their familiar home environment. You actively contribute to more quality of life, independence and participation.
What You'll Learn
- You will become part of a new team and actively contribute to the expansion of the ambulatory care service.
- Responsibility and relationship: You accompany people with and without disabilities and care needs in their homes and build a trusting, appreciative relationship. You orient yourself to the individual needs, resources and life goals of our clients. In close cooperation with relatives, legal representatives and other parties involved, you contribute to person-centered support.
- Diverse tasks: You perform basic and treatment care services as well as nursing care.
- Independent work: You develop individual solutions and actively contribute your professional and personal strengths. Look forward to a varied activity with room for professional ideas and design.
- Social relevance: Become part of an important social and political mandate. Your work is recognized and appreciated.
Requirements
- State recognition as a health and nurse, health and children's nurse, geriatric nurse or nursing specialist
- Driver's license class B
- Sound nursing expertise
- Professional experience in ambulatory care
- Experience in dealing with people with cognitive disabilities
- Mobility, flexibility and organizational skills
- Advisory competence
- Sense of responsibility and ability to work independently
