What LVR (Landschaftsverband Rheinland) offers

• You are employed by us as a trainee (m/f/d) with a full position. For attending school, external internships and for exam preparation (5 days) we release you.
• During the training you will get to know at least two of our LVR residential homes and will be deployed there in group service.
• Your deployment can, depending on feasibility, also take place in assisted living, in the day-structuring area (HPZ) and in social rehabilitation.
• Experience culture: In our LVR museums you have free admission and can experience art, industrial history or archaeology.
• Tariff benefits: In addition to a tariff salary according to TVöD, you receive further financial benefits and extras such as an annual special payment, company pension scheme, capital-forming benefits and performance-related pay based on an individual target agreement.
