Senior Physician for the Department of Psychiatry and Psychotherapy 1

The LVR-Klinik Bonn is looking for a senior physician for the Department of Psychiatry and Psychotherapy 1. The position is permanent, full-time or part-time, paid according to EG III TV-Ärzte. Start as soon as possible. The LVR-Klinik Bonn is an innovative specialist clinic for psychiatry and psychotherapy with 839 beds and places and about 1,700 employees.

• Senior physician leadership of acute psychiatric wards
• Participation in the senior physician on-call backup service
• Conceptual further development of therapy offerings in outpatient and (partial) inpatient care
• Expansion of quality assurance measures
• Representing our department internally and externally
• Supervision and professional guidance of staff
• Helping to shape continuing education and training

• Recognised specialist qualification in psychiatry and psychotherapy
• Medical licence (Approbation)
• Before signing an employment contract, proof of sufficient protection against measles must be provided under the Measles Protection Act (unless you were born before 1971 or are demonstrably not subject to the legal vaccination requirement)
• Experience in conceptual work and project management
• Experience in clinical quality management
• Enjoyment of working in a highly committed, multiprofessional team
• Interest in or experience with expert assessment work
• Interest in teaching and lecturing
