Pharmacist Trainee (PhiP) for the Pharmacy of LVR-Klinik Bonn

Gain valuable practical experience in all areas of clinical pharmacy at our accredited training site. The pharmacy of LVR-Klinik Bonn supplies patients every day with medicines, infusion solutions, diagnostics and sterile medical devices and is in constant dialogue with the clinic's interdisciplinary teams. You will be closely guided by a committed team of experienced pharmacists. Start on 1 May 2027 and 1 November 2027, fixed term for the duration of the traineeship, full-time or part-time.

• Preparation and testing of compounded and stock medicines and creation of preparation and testing instructions
• Supplying the medical departments with medicines and medical devices, also considering medication safety aspects
• Procuring, evaluating, assessing and passing on information about medicines and medical devices, including safety aspects
• Expert advice and information for physicians and other healthcare professionals on medicines and medical devices
• Participation in regular ward rounds (checking proper storage and stock on the ward)
• One-week ward placement with participation in rounds and active involvement in medication analyses

• You have successfully passed the second part of the pharmaceutical examination (second state examination).
• Before signing an employment contract, proof of sufficient protection against measles must be provided under the Measles Protection Act (unless you were born before 1971 or are demonstrably not subject to the statutory vaccination requirement).
