You advise our customers and handle customer concerns regarding online pickup, product returns, exchanges, repairs, purchase processing (cashiering) - passionately, customer-oriented, competent. You carry out administrative tasks related to the sales process, financing, purchase on account, etc. You market our products on various online platforms. You are in contact with internal and external partners or product suppliers on all processes related to repairs. You actively support customer events. You adopt a positive and proactive attitude towards customers and offer simple, efficient solutions for customer complaints. You comply with specified national standard guidelines, processes and behaviours and implement them.
