• You advise our customers and handle customer concerns regarding online pickup, product returns, exchanges, repairs, purchase processing (cashiering) – passionately, customer-oriented, competently
• You carry out administrative tasks related to the sales process, financing, purchase on account, etc.
• You are in contact with internal and external partners or product suppliers regarding all processes related to repairs
• You actively support customer events
• You adopt a positive and proactive attitude towards customers and offer simple, efficient solutions for customer complaints
• You comply with prescribed national standard guidelines, processes and behaviors and implement them

• You have a successfully completed service-oriented vocational training (ideally hospitality & retail, event industry)
• You have knowledge of and interest in products and trends in the consumer electronics industry
• You have a strong customer and service orientation
• You are a strong communicator, strong in implementation and work in a solution-oriented manner
• You are a team player and enjoy shared success
• You are willing to support the team in the afternoons/evenings and on Saturdays
