• First point of contact in the team for questions about goods, services and service offerings in the market
• Focus on the customer and advice before, during and after the purchase – passionate, customer-oriented, competent
• Active and cross-category sale of our products, accessories and associated services taking customer needs into account
• Ensuring an outstanding omnichannel customer experience
• Ensuring optimal placement of our service products and services in the market as well as building our shelves and displays according to internal standards
• Coordination of team tasks according to manager's specifications and promotion of efficient collaboration within the team

• Completed vocational training in retail
• Professional experience in selling products and services as well as an excellent understanding of service
• Knowledge of and interest in products and trends in the consumer electronics industry
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Strong communication and implementation skills as well as a high level of coordination and organizational ability
• Team player with fun in shared success
• Willingness to support the team in the afternoons/evenings and on Saturdays
