Apprenticeship Insurance and Financial Investment Sales Clerk

As an insurer, we take responsibility for our employees and sales professionals too. In the apprenticeship you gain first work experience and dive into varied areas of work. The apprenticeship begins on 1 September and lasts 3 years.

• You complete your practical training in one of our branch offices.
• You accompany your customers from first meeting through advice to referrals.
• You support your customers with help and advice, at the branch or at their home.
• You experience a varied mix of practical work, vocational school and seminars on advising and selling our products.

• Intermediate school certificate or (technical) Abitur
• Strong communication skills and empathy
• Teamwork skills
• Enjoyment of dealing with people
• Solution-oriented way of working
