Advising our customers and handling customer inquiries regarding online pickup, product returns, exchanges, repairs, or purchase processing – passionate, customer-oriented, competent. Administrative tasks related to the sales process, financing, or purchase on account. Contact person for internal and external partners or product suppliers for all processes related to repairs. Active support at customer events. Positive and proactive attitude towards customers and ensuring simple, efficient solutions for customer complaints. Successfully completed service-oriented vocational training (ideally hospitality & retail, event industry). Knowledge of and interest in products and trends in the consumer electronics industry. Strong customer and service orientation. Communication skills, implementation strength, and a solution-oriented way of working. Team player with fun in shared success. Willingness to support the team in the afternoons/evenings and on Saturdays.
