• Advising our customers and handling customer concerns regarding online pickup, product returns, exchanges, repairs and the purchasing process – passionately, customer-oriented, competent
• Administrative tasks related to the sales process, financing or purchase on invoice
• Processing telephone and written customer inquiries
• Contact person for internal and external partners or product suppliers for all processes related to repairs
• Active support at customer events
• Positive and proactive attitude towards customers and advising simple, efficient solutions for customer complaints
• Implementation of prescribed national standard guidelines, processes and behaviors

• Successfully completed service-oriented vocational training (ideally hospitality & retail, event industry)
• Knowledge of and interest in products and trends of the consumer electronics industry
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Communication skills, implementation skills and a solution-oriented way of working
• Team player with fun in shared success
• Willingness to support the team also in the afternoons/evenings and on Saturdays
