- Ensuring an excellent shopping experience through proactive greeting and quick orientation of customers in the store
- Ensuring check-in for online booked appointments as well as arranging and coordinating consultation appointments
- Proactive communication of current promotions to customers and ensuring that non-buyers get the opportunity to meet their needs
- Collaboration with the Solution Manager to create customer-oriented solutions
- Conducting customer surveys
- Saying goodbye to customers for long-term customer loyalty
