• Responsible for all data protection issues in e-commerce and online marketing across various sales channels, including internationally
• Support and advice on the use of proven and new technologies and digital tools (e.g., tracking, profiling, consent management), including identification and assessment of data protection risks
• Active co-design, optimization, and harmonization of processes, data protection policies, and procedures
• Conducting threshold analyses and data protection impact assessments, and maintaining relevant data protection documentation
• Close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, especially product, marketing, and customer care teams
• Training employees on data protection topics

• Several years of professional experience in data protection, ideally in e-commerce and online marketing of an international company
• Sound and relevant data protection expertise, especially in the online environment, ideally also in digital and data law (AI Regulation, Data Act, competition law)
• Strong interest and technical understanding of digital platforms, tracking tools, marketing systems, and developments in the legal and technical environment
• Deep process understanding, analytical skills, and a high degree of independence and decision-making ability ("Ownership")
• Experience in technical project management and project steering
• Detail-oriented yet pragmatic working style
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering mindset, convincing and audience-appropriate communication combined with loyalty and team spirit
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
