• You are the first point of contact for customers with problems and provide an outstanding omnichannel shopping experience - passionate, customer-oriented, competent
• You give customers the appropriate attention regarding product returns, exchanges, changes, repairs, etc.
• You carry out administrative tasks related to the sales process, financing, purchase on account, etc.
• You are the first point of contact for your team colleagues (m/f/d) for questions about service offerings in the market
• You coordinate tasks of your team colleagues according to your manager's specifications and promote efficient collaboration
• You are in contact with internal and external partners or product suppliers regarding all processes around repair
• You ensure that all guidelines and processes in the area of checkout / information / service are complied with

• You have a successfully completed service-oriented vocational training (ideally hospitality & retail, event industry)
• You bring professional experience in retail and have an excellent service understanding
• You have knowledge of and interest in products and trends of the consumer electronics industry
• You have a pronounced customer and service orientation
• You are strong in communication and implementation
• You bring a high level of coordination and organizational skills
• You are a team player and enjoy shared success
• You are willing to support the team in the afternoons/evenings and on Saturdays
