This describes our service portfolio for our customers – customer experience and personal advice on site and in their vicinity. As a successful omnichannel provider, we closely link our stationary markets with our online shops and mobile shopping apps. We are therefore looking for new colleagues for our markets who are enthusiastic about really good technology. Colleagues who want to help shape the customer experience in our markets.

You advise our customers and handle customer concerns regarding online pickup, product returns, exchanges, repairs, purchase processing (checkout) – passionately, customer-oriented, competently. You carry out administrative tasks related to the sales process, financing, purchase on account, etc. You market our products on various online platforms. You are in contact with internal and external partners or product suppliers on all processes related to repairs. You actively support customer events. You adopt a positive and proactive attitude towards customers and offer simple, efficient solutions for customer complaints. You comply with prescribed national standard guidelines, processes and behaviours and implement them.

You have a successfully completed service-oriented vocational training (ideally hospitality & retail, event industry). You have knowledge of and interest in products and trends in the consumer electronics industry. You have a strong customer and service orientation. You are a strong communicator, strong in implementation and work solution-oriented. You are a team player and enjoy shared success. You are willing to support the team in the afternoons/evenings and on Saturdays.
