Working Student in the Management Office of "Supply Chain Management" and "Parts Logistics Operations"

Global Customer Service & Parts (GCSP) is responsible for the worldwide parts and service business of Mercedes-Benz AG. The Global Logistics Center in Germersheim is the world's largest warehouse for automotive spare parts. As a working student, you work in the management office of "Supply Chain Management" (GCSP/SC) and "Parts Logistics Operations" (GCSP/PL) and support the Executive Assistants of both areas. The work can start from January 2027.

• Support in the daily business of the GCSP/SC and GCSP/PL management office
• Planning, coordination and follow-up of management and employee events
• Design and delivery of AI-related training formats for employees of GCSP/SC
• Support in analyzing KPIs and preparing and further developing the key figures
• Editorial work and writing articles for various communication channels
• Consolidation, preparation and creation of (top) management documents
• Further development and maintenance of the internal SharePoint
• Monitoring of timelines

• Studies in business administration, business informatics, data science or a comparable degree program
• Very good German and English skills, spoken and written; further languages are an advantage
• Confident use of Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI and Teams
• First experience creating and preparing presentations and management documents is an advantage
• Interest in digital technologies, artificial intelligence and their use in business
• Analytical thinking and a good understanding of key figures and data preparation
• Enjoyment of creating and preparing content for different communication formats
