About this Apprenticeship
Would you like to experience how several teams jointly plan, coordinate and bring a central software product for the vehicles of tomorrow to the road? Our agile BaseByte Train, a network of several development teams, develops the base layer of the central drive control unit CDCC (Central Driving and Charging Controller). The base layer forms the software foundation on which driving and charging functions are built. We work according to SAFe, a framework for agile collaboration of several teams, and regularly coordinate planning, implementation and releases across teams. As a working student you support the agile train in daily business. You organize workshops and coordination meetings, maintain tasks and topics in Jira and ensure structured documentation. In doing so you work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, those responsible for software architecture and other stakeholders. This gives you comprehensive insights into agile software development, cross-team collaboration and the management of large software projects in the automotive environment.

- Planning, organization as well as preparation and follow-up of workshops, coordination meetings and events, for example PI Plannings
- Creation and revision of presentations and overviews for workshops and management meetings
